The history and the location
Aberhiriaeth Hall has a rich history that dates back to the early 18th century and was once owned by Sir John Dashwood-King.
This historic family home features five bedrooms, a lounge, a games room, a dining room, a kitchen, and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the fourth has two double beds, and the fifth offers one double bed and two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The property offers breathtaking views of the Dyfi Valley and surrounding countryside, providing a tranquil and peaceful retreat for the entire family.
Situated just 8 miles from Machynlleth, 15 miles from Dolgellau, and close to the village of Cemmaes, the estate serves as an ideal base for exploring Mid-Wales and Snowdonia. The sandy beaches of Aberdyfi and Ynys Las are within a short drive, perfect for a seaside day out. The majestic Snowdonia mountains are also nearby, along with various local attractions. Mountain biking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with nearby options like Dyfi Forest, Coed y Brenin, and Nant yr Arian.
